Super Sexy Foods

I know most people think chocolate is sexy and it is in some measure, but I believe that super sexy food is also super healthy food. Sexy food makes you feel sexy, not bloated.

It's hard to eat whole food all the time. I know, I've been eating totally whole foods for a while. I have issues with wheat and other grains so I've gotten rid of grains in my diet and switched to eating only whole foods.

Some of the benefits I've found are my tissues in my body aren't as swollen, and I've lost weight. Having the swelling go down in my tissues is a big deal to me. My chiropractor used to gripe at me for not drinking enough water. The thing was I did drink loads of water. It wasn't the water but the wheat.

I've also cut out any added sugar, milk and bad fats. I only eat about 12 to 18 grams of sugar in the entire day and that only comes from berries. You might be wondering what you can you eat if you don't do wheat and all that other stuff? Here's a great recipe for breakfast.

You'll need a green or red bell pepper, or both, some onion, mushrooms and eggs. Use coconut oil in the pan. Coconut oil is a great alternative to bad fats. Why coconut oil? It doesn't turn into trans fat when heated above medium heat. If you eat too much coconut oil it is eliminated instead of stored and it has no taste. Get that, your food tastes like food, not oil.

You'll need to break your eggs into a bowl and stir them like you were going to scramble them but don't add anything else to the bowl. If you're a guy you'll need to eat at least 4 eggs, maybe 5 or 6 if you're into body building. Women you'll need to eat 3 or 4 eggs. Why? First off, you aren't going to pair your breakfast with any grains. Grains add so many calories and cause you to bloat. The eggs and veggies are enough food to keep your full for hours. You need about 20 to 25 grams of protein with your meal, any more and you risk it turning into sugar in your bloodstream. That's why women need fewer eggs and bodybuilders need more.

Cut up your onion, peppers and mushrooms. Turn on your stove top and after your pan gets warm add about a teaspoon of coconut oil. Put your onions, peppers and mushrooms into the pan and let them saute. Stir your veggies around with a spatula. You'll want to cook your veggies until the onions start to lose their whiteness and become translucent. Add the eggs that you broke into the bowl and stir until the eggs are cooked.

If you like you can add salsa to your eggs. Some salsas have sugar added. Stay away from these salsa's. Pace picante sauce doesn't add sugar or other harsh chemicals to their salsa. It's a good choice. You can also add raw cheese. Where I live, raw cheese is sold at Sprouts. Raw cheese taste better than processed cheese and it's healthier for you.

Now, enjoy your healthy meal.

Of course with all food advice, if you're doctor gives you food requirement then follow those. I'm just telling you what I like and what I've found, not making any health claims or trying to tell you what to do.

Love is In The Air

You should have gotten here from Karenna Colcroft's blog. If you lose your place you can find it at Sensual Secrets blog.

Valentines day is totally awesome! Well, some people don't like it, others do. Too much emphasis is placed on dating on valentines day in the US. But Valentines day should about love, not getting the perfect store bought gift. Your cutie is the most important person in the world to you so learn how to make them feel important. Don't go overboard, instead figure out what they love.

Loving others is the central role we are supposed to fulfill on earth. One of the best ways to love others it to get to know them and learn what they like. Sure, TV commercials tell us we need a diamond from K, or a cute stuffed animal, but the best gift for Valentines day is to show love to another. Whether you've been together with your sweetie for decades or only a few days, pay attention to what they like. If you don't have a babe or hottie to hang with, find someone in your neighborhood or life to love on. Do a favor for them. Roll in their trash cans after trash day, or offer to run to the store for them.

Many men feel that Valentines day is the worst day of the year. They don't know how to buy gifts for their significant other. Anyone who doesn't know your partner can't advise you on a particular gift. Listen to what your partner has to say through out the year. Figure out what their likes and dislikes are.

I personally don't get into jewelery. Figure out what your partner likes and give them that. It could be as simple as a clean house, or as complex as a vacation.

Love is complex, but the emotions are there, you just have to access them. Think about how your partner makes you feel and express that. Give love this Valentines day!
